JIRECS - Call for Papers: Launch of Volume 1, Number 1

The Journal of Innovation, Renewable Energy and Climate Solutions (JIRECS) is pleased to announce that it is now accepting submissions for its very first issue. Published by Éditions Numériques de l’Université Virtuelle de Côte d’Ivoire (UVCI), JIRECS is an international peer-reviewed open access scientific journal publishing original articles in the fields of technological innovation, renewable energy and climate science for sustainable development.

Research topics

We invite researchers, doctoral students and experts to submit their original articles (in French or English) on the following topics:

Technological innovations and sustainability.

Renewable energies and energy transition.

Smart Cities and infrastructures of the future.

Environment, circular economy and sustainable innovations.

Climate and resilience of ecosystems and societies.

Environmental governance and impact finance.

Notification of acceptance: 30 January 2026

Publication date: 5 February 2026
