Missions of the Scientific Committee

The Scientific Committee is the guarantor of the rigor, credibility, and scientific excellence of the journal, while supporting its development and visibility within the academic community.

1.
Promote the journal: play an active role in promoting the journal within the scientific community through communication, participation in conferences, and dissemination of published works.
2.
Ensure scientific quality: ensure that published articles meet rigorous standards of methodological validity, originality, and scientific relevance.
3.
Advise the Editorial Board: provide consultative support on thematic choices and scientific orientations of the journal, and contribute to defining special or thematic issues to be prioritized.
4.
Recruit authors and experts: help identify and invite experienced researchers to contribute to the journal or to serve as reviewers.
5.
Ensure article evaluation: participate directly in the review and evaluation of submitted articles or propose qualified experts to conduct peer reviews.
6.
Arbitrate scientific disputes: in the event of conflicting opinions between reviewers or between authors and reviewers, the committee intervenes to ensure fairness and integrity in the process.
7.
Maintain scientific reputation: monitor developments in the covered disciplines, ensure the journal’s competitive positioning, and maintain thematic diversity and balance of content.
